ReplyDeleteCase Study: Using DFSS and DOE to Increase Product Reliability
ReplyDeleteA DFSS project successfully identified significant factors affecting two critical parameters reflecting risks for a new technology and associated medical products, and provided optimal settings related to the laser welding process to produce optimal reliability. In addition, it was determined that the stress can be predicted using the transfer function based on the settings of the laser welding process.
This entire project was completed quickly and efficiently – during a summer internship.
